Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled cooked in a little olive oil...sounds gross but it is good:)
2 slices turkey bacon
glass of orange juice
Lunch:
salad of some sort (the darker the green the better)
fruit (pears, raspberries, strawberries, apples)
Snack:
grapes/apple
Dinner:
chicken breasts sauteed in garlic and olive oil.
steamed broccoli
carrots (either steamed or sauteed in olive oil
