3 day sequel

is just like the 7 days except:

each day, choose at least on of the following priobiotic food sources:
- sauerkraut (1/2 cup)
- yogurt (1 cup): nonfat, or lowfat just make sure it is plain and look for a label that reads "active and live active cultures".

beginning on day 2 of the 3 day sequel:
take 1 or more tablets of hydrochloric acid in a formula that contains at least 500 to 550 milligrams of betaine hydrochloride with at least 130 milligrams of pepsin, and 50 milligrams of ox bile extract, before each meal.

everything is the same as the first seven days.

cranberry water recipe & miracle juice recipe

to make 64 oz:
add 8 oz unsweetened cranberry juice (i use lakewood 100% organic found at whole foods) to 56 oz of filtered water

to make miracle juice:
64 oz cranberry water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup freshly squeezed oj
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
stevia plus (also found at whole foods. 2-3 packets seems to be the perfect sweetness)

1. bring the cranberry water to a light boil, reduce the heat to low.
2. add spices to the cranberry water and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
3. cool to room temperature.
4. stir in the oj & lemon juices. add stevia plus at this time.
5. store in fridge.

on the day of the juice fast alternate between water and juice.
for example:

7am - a glass of filtered water
8 am - a glass of miracle juice
9 am - a glass of filtered water
so on and so forth:)

*be sure to have all 8 glasses of juice in addition to 72 oz of water.
