i asked colin "what should i say about the juice fast day"; hoping he would give some good insight. this is what he said. "if you are hungry get up and do something" he's a geek...a real cute one.
basically just keep drinking and looking forward to tomorrow's breakfast:) you def will want to go to bed at like 7 tonight! hang in there...it will be worth it!!!
