Green leafy veggies

i don't think i mentioned that organic spinach counts as a green leafy vegetable...i don't think it is in the book but it is in her website.

i also wanted to give you this. it's her website that you can also buy the supplements if you don't think you are getting enough of the right stuff. what you would buy is 1 bottle of the super gi cleanse and 1 bottle of the liver loving formula. like i said if you are getting all the stuff then you don't need these but if you want the option i figured i'd give you the link:)
